Kelly spent years as a professional ASL interpreter, which is really a job about listening carefully and making people feel understood. She brings that same instinct to the AI side — writing the scripts, tuning the voice, and shaping the conversations so your AI receptionist sounds like someone your customer actually wants to talk to.
How a year of curiosity turned into a company.
About a year ago, Efrain started poking at AI just to see what it could actually do. The tinkering became a daily habit, the daily habit became real skill, and eventually he built his first AI agent from scratch and named it Atlas. That same name later became ATLAS — the dispatch system that now powers Texas Hog Dispatch. Along the way he picked up Python, automation, voice AI, GoHighLevel, Lovable, and tools like Google AI and Gemini, mostly by building things that had to actually work.
Somewhere in that stretch, the goal quietly shifted from "this is interesting" to "I could use this to help people." Creative Solution Designs came out of that shift. Texas Hog Dispatch came out of a John Oliver segment on feral hogs — a real, in-state problem that lined up almost perfectly with the exact systems Efrain had just spent a year learning to build.
When Efrain told Kelly he was starting the company and wanted her in it with him, she didn't hesitate — she was already working toward a degree in the field, so it fit without forcing. Efrain and Kelly are partners in life and partners in this business, and they're building it the way they want to live: helping other business owners get their time back, while creating something that's entirely their own.
