Founder, Owner, Digital Strategist & Builder

Efrain founded Creative Solution Designs and remains its legal owner and operator. He approaches digital work through the business problem behind it, drawing on his background in sales to think carefully about people, decisions, and what makes an idea genuinely useful.

He works across strategy, web development, digital systems, automation, and business-model thinking, connecting the pieces so the result works as a whole. He is most at home learning the problem, testing what is possible, and turning an unclear starting point into something practical.

Kelly Trotman

Partner, Communication & Experience Strategist

Kelly has played a major role in shaping the company and its work. Her communication perspective, ideas, strategic questions, and attention to detail have made the work clearer, more thoughtful, and more grounded in the people who will use it.

Her experience as a professional ASL interpreter reinforces a communication-first approach: listen closely, understand intent, and make sure people feel understood. Kelly helps translate between what a business is trying to accomplish and what a useful experience needs to become.

Our story

Curiosity became building. Building became CSD.

Efrain began exploring AI and development to understand what the technology could actually do. The experiments became a daily practice, and that practice expanded into web development, automation, digital systems, and tools that had to work outside a demo.

Efrain founded Creative Solution Designs around a simple shift: instead of starting with the technology, start with a useful problem. Texas Hog Dispatch followed from that same instinct. An idea sparked by learning about the feral hog problem in Texas became a much broader exercise in research, business design, brand, web properties, information architecture, interactive tools, and connected infrastructure.

Kelly’s contribution grew naturally alongside the work. Her communication perspective, ideas, strategy, questions, and attention to detail challenged assumptions and helped make both the company and its projects stronger. Their partnership brings careful listening and practical building together, while Efrain remains the company’s founder, legal owner, and operator.
