Built around the real need
We clarify the goal, constraints, and people involved before deciding whether the answer is a website, automation, custom tool, or something simpler.

Plain English about what we collect on mycreative.dev, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Creative Solution Designs LLC (“CSD,” “we,” “us”) is a Houston-based digital solutions studio. We work across strategy, websites and digital systems, forms and intake, integrations, CRM and workflow automation, AI and automation, interactive tools, analytics and SEO foundations, and communication and content systems.
This policy covers mycreative.dev and direct interactions with us by form, email, or phone. It does not cover systems we build and hand off to clients — those are governed by the client’s own privacy practices and the applicable project agreement.
Our intake form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email address, the reason you are reaching out, and a short description of what you are working on. Everything in that form is voluntary and provided by you.
If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message or conversation.
When your browser loads this site, our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is ordinary web-server activity used to deliver and secure the site.
This site does not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing pixels, and it does not set cookies or store personal information in your browser for visitors browsing our public pages. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, understand your situation, prepare for a conversation, provide a proposal, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep an internal record of the discussion.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of that phrase, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to advertisers or data brokers.
We use software to route and manage inquiries — for example, automatically emailing a submission to our team and logging that it was delivered. A person reviews every inquiry and every substantive reply. We do not use the information you submit to train publicly available AI models.
We contact you to reply to your inquiry and to discuss work you asked about. If we ever send non-essential or marketing messages, each one includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by replying or emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about active project work.
We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for — responding to you, running an engagement, maintaining business and tax records, and resolving disputes. When it no longer serves a purpose and we are not required to keep it, we delete it. We do not commit to a fixed retention period for every record because different records have different useful lives.
We use reasonable safeguards, including transport encryption, access-controlled hosted infrastructure, and limiting access to the people who need it. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email efrain@mycreative.dev and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Contact us and we will honor rights that apply to you.
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to other websites, platforms, or tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy as our services or systems change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

Technology is the toolbox
We choose platforms, integrations, and development methods based on the work—not the other way around.
We clarify the goal, constraints, and people involved before deciding whether the answer is a website, automation, custom tool, or something simpler.
Strategy, development, automation, content, and growth systems can work together—or stand alone—depending on what moves the project forward.
