Built around the real need
We clarify the goal, constraints, and people involved before deciding whether the answer is a website, automation, custom tool, or something simpler.

How this website works, what an inquiry does and does not create, and where project agreements take over.

These terms govern your use of mycreative.dev and your pre-engagement contact with Creative Solution Designs LLC (“CSD,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or sending us an inquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These are website terms. They are not a project contract.
CSD is a Houston-based practical digital solutions studio. Depending on the problem, our work can include strategy, websites and digital systems, forms and intake, integrations, CRM and workflow automation, AI and automation, interactive tools, analytics and SEO foundations, communication and content systems, and related implementation. We diagnose the problem first and then choose the appropriate tools.
Submitting a form, calling, or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or obligate either of us to proceed. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.
A client relationship begins only when both parties sign or otherwise expressly accept a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement.
The applicable project agreement — not this page — controls the commercial and delivery terms of any engagement:
Pages, examples, guides, and project write-ups on this site are provided for general information. They describe capabilities and past or in-progress work; they are not advice for your specific situation and are not a promise of a particular approach or result for your business. We may update or remove content at any time.
When using this site or contacting us, you agree not to:
The design, text, graphics, code, and branding of mycreative.dev are owned by CSD or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission, other than normal browsing, linking, and short attributed quotation.
Ownership and licensing of work we create for a client is a separate matter and is determined by that project’s agreement.
You keep ownership of whatever you send us. By sending it, you give us only the limited permission we need to review, store, process, discuss internally, and respond to your inquiry, and to prepare a proposal if that is what you asked for.
Please do not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through the intake form. If confidentiality matters, tell us and we can put an appropriate agreement in place first.
Our site and our work may reference or rely on third-party platforms, services, and links we do not control. Their availability, pricing, terms, and performance are their own. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we cannot guarantee they will continue to operate as they do today.
Where we use AI or automation — in our own intake and follow-up, or in systems we build — those tools assist people; they do not replace judgment. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong, and meaningful decisions and communications receive human review. Any AI or automation used in a client system is described in that project’s agreement.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, uptime, or any other specific business outcome unless a signed project agreement expressly says so. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and the platforms involved.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, CSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by that project’s agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as our services or the site change; the revision date above reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Questions about these terms or about starting a project:
Technology is the toolbox
We choose platforms, integrations, and development methods based on the work—not the other way around.
We clarify the goal, constraints, and people involved before deciding whether the answer is a website, automation, custom tool, or something simpler.
Strategy, development, automation, content, and growth systems can work together—or stand alone—depending on what moves the project forward.
